Internship
We recommended completing a career oriented internship as part of the “Free Elective Courses” (Freie Wahlfächer) over 4 weeks employed full time, which counts as 6 ECTS, see §9 .
Processing step by step
- Before starting the internship, the intention to complete the internship and the intended institution (company, authority, ...) must be reported to the Chair of the Curriculum Commission using the internship form available below (Praxisformular). This should include a short description of the tasks to be undertaken.
- When you finish your internship, the hosting institution should sign the form to signify completion. Any changes in your tasks should also be listed.
- To add your internship to PLUSonline you must enroll in the course "Recommended Internship (Masterstudy Informatics).
- For the final confirmation, please submit the form to the Head of the Curricular Commission again, afterwards you will receive your grade. (mit Erfolg teilgenommen/pass) Keep the confirmation form for when you apply to receive your Master Degree.
