The Austrian Computer Science Day, which took place on June 15th this year; its seventh run since its debut in Vienna 2012.

Registration numbers this year reached a new record with 110 registrations.

The program consisted of 10 talks from scientists, who research computer science and fields with technical usage of computer science.

There was also a panel about computer science at schools and the awarding of the 'Heinz Zemanek Preis‘ for the best dissertation in the field of computer science at an Austrian institution.

The Austrian Computer Science Day 2018 was generously sponsored by Google, BMVIT, and the University of Salzburg.
